This woman was requested to do a mediation in a case i'm involved with in Allen county. I am currently hiding, per police order, in another state. (I do not reside in Indiana anyway) Due to the other party dealing drugs, I have no money to pay the legalities of this certain case that Ms. Ruiz was asked to mediate. I called this woman and told her. She said,” fine” and proceeded with the mediation. She starts sending me a bill!? I have called her multiple times to ask what she is doing Billing me when she was aware of the finances and agreed to do this anyway. The woman refuses to call me back or speak to me. Today, I find out that she is suing me for attorney fees for this mediation. Come on!!! I understand that Indiana is full of poor people and ft. Wayne was voted, ” dumbest city in the US” but this is just weird and creepy that she agreed and, now, trying to get a paycheck from me.
