Just as the title says,
These guys are good for houseing contracts, and paperwork. But they do not ever want to go to court to settle anything, After multiple dealings with them i have figured out that they are very conveint for paperwork but when it comes to lawsuits, on either side of the aisle they do not want to ever appear in a court room.
- Example - National average for medical lawsuit for case X was $50,000, they settled for less than half this, because although they felt the "case was strong" they felt that going to court would be "inconvient as both parties had moved."
