Monique Ojeda has been the absolute best attorney I have ever dealt with. I was always kept informed, she showed a great deal of compassion and in the courtroom she was always prepared and made the other attorney look like they had no idea of what the facts were in the case. The expert witness she brought in was highly respected and knowledgeable. I would trust her for anything I need an attorney for.

I will be eternally grateful to Monique. She put up a fantastic defense for my daughter. I have dealt with several lawyers in this town and none hold a candle to her. She is the most kind, compassionate and ethical. I have not found these qualities in any other. Her fact finding skills , preparation and strategy are superior to all. She outsmarted the opposing attorney every time. She easily provided facts and experts that the GAL failed to do his job thoroughly. I highly recommend Monique if you are looking for a family attorney.

I’m disabled with no source of income and hired Monique and her partner for my divorce trial when leaving an abusive marriage. They waited until the last minute to prepare for trial, ignored and lost important information I gave them, didn't use documentation like police reports, emails, and letters, made me sit in the same room as my abuser for 8 hours during deposition, told me when I had a panic attack and was too traumatized to testify that I had to go on or it would cost me a lot of money. I was paralyzed with fear at the trial and couldn’t even speak up on my behalf. They worked hard to make sure my ex got what he was supposed to get and did nothing to make sure I did, allowing it to continue on in court, and when it did, refused to help me unless I signed a paper giving them tens of thousands from the home sale. They charged over $30,000for the divorce, left me without a home, no healthcare, financially destitute, traumatized and said I should have helped them with strategy more

This GAL is horrible! She does not do her job correctly nor legally. Monique is very one sided in her cases that she is assigned. I could go on and on about her neglegence to seek reunification between children an their parents, but I'm not. Just a dead beat excuse of a lawyer in honesty.
