I had a **** driver hit my daughters car and caused the whole car to be totaled. I tried working with the insurance company but it was going no where so my friend recommended me to Dave. He was persistent, got me the settlement I deserved and I couldn't have found a better lawyer to handle the case.

David handled a car accident case for my car that a roommate wrecked. My insurance company was screwing me over. As soon as David took the case it was resolved fast and well I have a lot of respect for him. SWH.

Has only called once too talk about progress of case,in 30 day time period.I have called twice a week and never has bergquist ever talked to me with out using speaker phone,this is suppose to be a private conversation between me and my attorney,not 5 people in a room!Made snyde smart ass comment about getting a job when expressing my financial problems,even though I'am under the care of a chiropracter he referd me to and due to my injury's he knows I can not work.Left 4 messages on oct 29 2010,too let him know some important info on my case and here it is nov 4,and no response.It is not easy for me too complain about sombody not doing there job, when I do not know all the aspects of that line of work.But I do know that in any line of work,you communicate,you have enough respect not to place a phone call on speaker phone,and when some one is injured and unable to work you don't tell them to get a job. MR bergquist is blessed to be a attorney,but believes he is above his client.
