I was introduced to Coodin and Overson by referral, from a very close and trustworthy friend. I was injured in a car accident and needed spinal surgery. Mr. Overson told me, all I needed to do was focus on healing and he would handle the rest. I never saw a single medical bill and recieved a more than adequate check to rebuild my life. Since, Coodin and Overson have helped me to set up a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), planned my estate, and set up my will. I trust my family with Coodin and Overson. Thank you, for all you have done for us.....

Had to write a review. I found Mr. Overson to be abrasive, overpriced and most importantly,produced poor results in a simple clear-cut issue.

Contrary to the previous post I had a wonderful experience working with Paul Overson and his firm. I had a nasty divorce and dropped the ball when it came to my child support hearing 4 years ago and was paying over $1200 a month for one child! Finally after 4 years of making those payments I finally decided to retain an attorney and take a look at my order and see if I could have it adjusted to a more manageable amount. From the start Paul noticed discrepancies in my order that were unfair and vowed to fight to help me out. I gave him my financials and he took care of the rest. Paul and his assistant Samantha were pleasant to deal with and communicated with me every step of the way. To make a long story short, I didn't even need to go to court. Paul worked out a fair agreement with my ex wife and her attorney and the judge signed off on it. Now my monthly payments are a third of what they were before Paul helped me and I can breathe a little easier each month. Thanks Paul and Sam

10,000 fans can't be wrong. All Coodin and his sidekick Overson care about is getting "their" money. What does that tell you? They don't care about working for you as a client. And they certainly don't care about losing your money either. They use ancient cases in their case to defend you on in the appelate court, and the appeals court thinks it's a joke. In my opinion, I don't believe the Coodin/Overson office has ever helped any of their clients come out ahead. They need to figure out who "they" work for.
