I came to Alan Brass with an assault charge. We were facing a stubborn complainant unwilling to accept a negotiated resolution and a crown prosecutor trying to trump up the charge to assault causing bodily harm and upwards of 90 days in jail. Alan worked diligently on my case all the way to trial. Alan's courtroom prowess was impressive. My defence crafted by Alan evicerated all attempts by the crown prosecutor to obtain a conviction. Alan's hard work on my case resulted in a full acquital. I owe a debt of gratitude to Alan Brass.

I was facing up to six years in prison for various weapons charges , a friend of mine suggested Mr. Allan Brass he had used him in similar occurrences with success . I met with Mr. Brass to discuss my case he seemed very knowledgable and experienced when it came to criminal cases . Mr. Brass took my charges right to supreme court to fight them in a very lengthy court case in which all charges were dropped . Allan and his daughter Shira are very passionate about their clients I could not have been placed in better hands . My case was on going for almost 4 years in which time Allan and Shira have became good friends and highly thought of part of our family. I can't say enough about there knowledge of the law and there hard work ethics . Durning this time Shira graduated and has became a lawyer which I am very proud of her , she could not have had a better teacher than Allan . I highly recommend Allan and Shira to anyone looking for the best defence lawyers in Ottawa . Kevin H

They ask who's my best friend, I tell them my attorney. I have known Alan Brass since I caught my first case when I was 16. From the get go I knew he cared and wanted a better life for me. Everytime I caught a new charge, he would genuinely be upset. A few years ago, I was looking at 15+ years, when everyone was telling me it was a losing case, Alan went through with it to the end and got me an acquittal. I find it you're honest with him, he'll be understanding and supportive, he just doesn't like liars. I highly recommend him based on my experience with him, never let me down in trial, and always advised me on which deals to take if he thought it was necessary.

Why I rated Mr Allan Brass. He IS DUMP TRUCK LAWYER.HE IS VERY STUBBORN HE DRAGS YOUR CASE WHEN YOUR IN CUSTODY SO HE CAN MAKE AS MUCH APPEARANCE UNNECESSARILY. HE DID REPRESENT ME THIS YEAR. BUT TO TELL YOU THE THRUT TRUSTED THIS GUY WITH MY LIFE. HE MANAGE TO KEEP ME IN CUSTODY AND FINALLY WHEN I GOT A DEAL WITH THE CROWN. HE CAME TO COURT AND REQUEST THAT HE NO LONGER REPRESENT ME .. JUST BECAUSE I ASK ONE QUESTION REGARDING MY BAIL HEARING TO SET IT AT EARLIER DATE THAN THE DATE HE CHOSE FOR ME. THIS IS THE TYPE OF LAWYER THAT DON'T LET YOU express your OPINION ON THE CHARGE. HE ALWAYS GOES FIR A DEAL WITH THE CROWN. MEANING THAT HE SELLS OUT HALF OR MORE OF HIS CLIENT TO THE PROSECUTION REQUEST. WITH ALLAN BRASS THE PROSECUTOR GET THEIR WAY ..AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW A BIT ABOUT THE JURIDICIAL SYSTEM HE WILL GIVE YOU MORE LIKELY THE WRONG ADVICE. . He's Not GOOD AT BAIL HEARING and absolutely not on TRIAL. STAY AWAY FROM ALLAN BRASS. If you don't want to RUIN YOUR LIFE.
