This attorney agreed to look into our case, and then call us back with a decision, as to his desire to be our attorney. Despite five months and more than a dozen telephone calls we made to his office, he has never returned any of our calls with any decision, recommendation, retainer fee (we offered many times to pay immediately, if he so desired), or anything whatsoever. He simply never called or wrote or emailed. No comminications whatsoever.
