David Weiner is definitely a yes man (for the Judges). It appears his speciality is nothing but professional compromise. He will kiss the judge where the sun don't shine! He is very self serving as most attorneys are. I'm sure he passd it along to his sons and daughter. He was rated this way because he plays the legal system to his full advantage.
