Jan Dyer represented me in my divorce. I was very scared and felt that it would never be resolved. Jan replaced my original attorney, got the information that was needed and we settled almost all of our issues at mediation. The two remaining issues we did end up taking to trial. She was great in mediation and was great in trial. We prevailed at trial. She knows more about family law than any other attorney that I know of. I don't know what I would have done without her. I'm safe, my kids are safe and I feel that she was very fair to both me and my (now) ex husband.

Jan was the lawyer for plantiff and I was the defendant. The lawsuit was settled and I paid plantiff within the allotted time frame. It has been two years since the settlement and Ms. Dyer failed to file a satisfaction of judgement. I found this out when I went to refinance my home. The title company called her office to have the form completed-the lady from the title company was treated very rudely and Jan's office hung up on the lady. I had to call my lawyer and pay her fees to get Jan to do her legal duties. I am not at all pleased with the way Ms. Dyer failed to do what she was bound to do, that made it difficult all the way around to get a satisfaction of judbement. During the trial and after the trial I found her to be very unprofessional!!
