My experience with him was not good at all. He would get agitated when questioned about whether he was prepared or not. I dont think he was doing his homework properly for my case. Performance in court was disappointing.

Allen Bodiford is very compassionate and fair when dealing with child custody. Mr. Bodiford takes the time to listen and made sure all issues are addressed. The whole staff has been nothing but wonderful to me and my son.

Mr.Bodiford was recommended to me second as a "bulldog" for his clients in court. I had read other reviews and had spoken to some other clients in regards to his services. They said the same. I was patient enough with the fact that sometimes it took several days to hear anything back in regards to my questions. I do understand these things take time. However, when I had a misunderstanding about certain procedures and advised that I needed answers to some contradictory info I was receiving, rather than trying to correctly explain because he didn't explain correctly the first time, hence my issues he pretty much just told me I was stupid for not understanding the first time, he owed me no explanations, and to hire another attorney.I won't be recommending his services and will be spreading the word! If you're looking for someone who is more sensitive to the fact that you yourself are NOT a lawyer and are looking for customer service and be kept correctly informed GO somewhere else!

Ok, not sure about the other review, but in my opinion it is total nonsense. Due to a Lawsuit, I had to hire Mr. Bodiford's law firm to represent me. What I discovered, is Mr. Bodiford is not just a lawyer, he is an ethical and honest Attorney. I have so many good things to say about him. But here is what you need to know. 1. He is honest. 2. He will have your back and take care of business 3. He will not mince words, and give you an honest at straight forward evaluation of your situation. This Attorney was actually recommended to me by another attorney as being one of the very best. I agree. If ever (God forbid) I need another attorney, I will go RUNNING to Mr. Bodiford. Nothing but admiration and respect for him. So ... bottom line - when you need an honest and competent attorney that gets results ... he's your guy! Not just good ...excellent.
