I hired this man to help me resolve my problems with the Department of Education and my student loans. After taking my $1,800.00 he refused to talk with me, did not return my phone calls and when I persisted, he told me to file bankruptcy. Even I know bankruptcy will not solve student loan issues. To make a long story short, he apparently never even contacted the DoE and they went ahead and are now presently garnishing my wages. When I confronted him about it he asked me for another $2,700.00 to file for bankruptcy. This man is a dishonest cheat of a lawyer. After talking with Rep. Tom Price's office about this matter I am just blown away at what this man knew and did not tell me! Had I known what Rep. Tom Price's office had told me I would have pursued the DoE to work out a deal. As it stands today they take such a huge part of my paycheck it is debilitating. All he needed to do was just inform me of what was about to happen and help me negotiate.
