I probably experienced a little bit of everything of everyone else's reviews. Unfortunately, at the time I hired him, I was going with the recommendation of another lawyer I trusted. He has dragged my case for 13 months and wants to take my case to court now. Every time I ask him for info, he never has a straight answer. The worst was when he scheduled my mediation date 3 times!!! without my consent and made me look bad as if I had a problem going to mediation. He is a waste of your money. He needs to retire and let go of his probably once successful career years ago...

I went thru agony with this attorney. He handled my divorce case very poorly. It took him forever to do any progress. Save your money and hire a real attorney.

Worst choice ever. Takes forever to file paperwork and can't keep track of what is going on in my case. He says that we need to move forward but he still hasn't sent paperwork from 6months ago. I have to explain things to him several times for him to understand and cuts me off in the middle, says that we will talk about that when we meet. I am still in the middle of case that started September 2012 and the only thing we have done is file a response. Save your money and hire someone else.

This attorney was supposed to represent my daughter in a custody and divorce case, he did so poorly this excellent mother lost all custody to the ex (whose atty was brought in from out of town) AND he so badly allowed lies and half truths to go as facts the whole time IGNORING MY DAUGHTER AND EVERY NOTE SHE PUT BEFORE HIM, he managed to help embitter and confuse the Judge to the point that he not only took away my daughters custody but also ILLEGALLY placed me and her dad in jail WITH restraining orders to not see our granddaughter who loved us dearly! Mr. Lee had 8 months to prepare and knew nothing so his lack cost us all dearly especially my precious granddaughter! We filed on him and he was sent by the bar for a reprimand because of his careless and sloppy negative representation. I warn everyone to stay say from him...I still dont understand why he wouldn't he wouldnt voluntarily go when my daughter told the judge she wanted to fire him for not being prepared...we lost dearly..

He never did anything. Also when you call him you need to explain the whole case again. He never return my call.

You can go months and months without hearing from him. When you call and leave messages for him or his secretary, you won't get a phone call back. When you do finally speak with him, you will need to tell him your case info all over again and he tells you that he will move to the next step however, the next step is the same step that he was supposed to already be working on 6 months back. This was a terrible choice for an attorney and a waste of money. This case has been going on for YEARS and he's stuck in the same turtle mode.
