This lawyer took my retainer and started the work on my separation but she was very aggressive to my ex's attorney and hard to work with. I never got a bill until 8 months into the process and there were charges that were inaccurate, false and for items that were not performed. Then, she disappeared with my retainer and no progress on the separation. She was a waste of time and my money.

Ms Cunningham disappeared before my case even started, leaving me in a VERY bad position. Emailed and called dozens of times without a single response. I've had to initiate further legal action to get my retainer back. Up to the point where I sent my retainer she was very communicative and once the money was received was the last I heard from her. AVOID THIS ATTORNEY

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Bad communicator. Doesn't return calls or emails in a timely manner. Doesn't do what she says she is going to do. Doesn't have an assistant as a back up. Never lets you know when she isn't going to be available. She broke the Lawyer Client trust and backed away from my case as I had a court date set. And I had sent her a retainer fee. Which I better get it back. And oh yeah...she claims I have an outstanding balance yet she never told me I did until I started putting my foot down to things I didn't agree to. I thought lawyers worked for us. Not against us.
