I cant get any paperwork from this guy but he talks a good game when he finally gets on the phone. Soon to probably be fired by me just out of frustration.

Reviews doesn't clearly give an accurate description of a person. Each case is different and many times minute details are left out. WE have used Mr Winterton a couple of times. Each time he has been very professional of the highest degree. On the first visit we could see his compassion and integrity as a person and as a lawyer his professionalism. His fees, well below of what his service is worth. For future references, we have referred our friends and will do so with our kids should they need any professional help. It is everyone's given choice and our's is with David Winterton. As residents of Las Vegas for 16 yrs, we are very aware of our community and those who serve us. Our VOTE is with Mr Winterton.

I cannot imagine anyone having anything bad to say about David Winterton. He is one of the most thoughtful, kind, intelligent and hard working attorneys I know.I first met him when he heard about my struggling husband and offered his services to us for free we were so happy with what he did for us we still paid him even though it took us a little longer that his average client. 10 years later I have seen this Lawyer help so many. He is not your typical Lawyer! He cares about people and his clients trust him. He is a trusted adviser for many in this community.I would recommend Mr. Winterton to any and all people and I am careful who I refer. Trust me you will not regret hiring him, but hey better yet, go in and meet the guy and see for yourself how great he is!

Horrible. He is a frivolous lawsuit machine. Our judge (markel) had to reprimand him many times and forced him to reduce his attorney fee (check your bill with time). He says he goes to court but sends his lackey instead, then charges for two Attorneys. I don't have to say much about him, his reputation precedes him. Just look up his name on google and you will see how judges are fining him now. He represented the other side in our case and was almost laughable. The judge fined him for not filing papers correctly and for filing ridiculous complaints. He is the poster boy for the reputation lawyers' get for being ambulance chasers. If you do used David winterton, good luck and I warned you...and check your statements with a fine tooth comb. He does stuff without your consent and then charges you for it!
