Jewel Harper is a poor excuse for a human being and even worse excuse for a attorney ad litem. Jewel misrepresents facts and is only concerned about which side lines her pocket book instead of being concerned about the best interest of the children she represents. Jewel Harper is the worst thing to happen to any child that falls victim to her representation. If your child or children are represented by this pitiful excuse for a ad litem pray to God to get her removed from representing your children!

Totally unprofessional and wrote pages of notes made statments only to do the complete opposite. Even said she had know knowledge of things pointed out to her.

Worst attorney ad litem with whom I have ever dealt. As an officer of the Court, she is charged with being truthful;however, Mrs.Harper was dishonest on multiple occasions, including in court. She was unfamiliar with the pertinent law that applied to the facts in her case. Mrs. Harper charged an unbelievable amount in attorney's fees and actually misrepresented how much time she spent with her clients and overbilled on preparing the case for trial. I would not recommend anyone use this attorney.
