High cost. works on results, if not satisfied with work product, it's free. Columbia Univeirty LLB...smart guy. vrey strategic and forward thinking. Comforts you when you are confronted by opponenent with unexpected items that you have already been taught to deal with effectively.Does not let you get bombbarded bythe otehr side. Is totally objrective in choosing the very, very best counsel to handle your case (after consdierable study) and does not take referral fees which would othewise dilute your new counsel's effot. Totally committed to you even if he creates ripples. 40PLUS years of expereicne give you something to fall back upon. He is very selective in taking new clients. Some, unable to pay, are just taken on as a "life experience", i.e., if it's this bad, I have to help whether I get paid or not. Wishes the law was a higher calling.
