I would not recommend for any family matter involving DYFS. Her representation was so poor at my last court date the DYFS worker called me afterwards to apologize. She charged me to do research on DYFS cases, when this was supposedly her area of expertise. I am debating whether or not to take her to arbitration for her billing practices. I am lucky because in my case with DYFS I am considered the non offending parent; for parents who were substantiated by DYFS need to beware and select an attorney who is familiar with DYFS and the practices. A lot of lawyers aggressively pass themselves off as knowledgable in this area when in reality they aren't even familiar with something as small as DYFS vocabulary and requests. Beware when selecting a family attorney.
