She has a way of thinking like the other side and she speaks to you as if she was the other side, she is unfiltered and up front period. If you are looking for a friend go else where because she is not going to sugar coat anything. I have used her on several occasions and have sent 6 different people to her and we have all be happy with her performance as an attorney. I did feel somewhat intimidated at 1st but then realized she was asking what the other side was thinking. She is expensive but ya get what ya pay for!!! I would use her again and again and pay her whatever she asked. No not all my cases ended up my way but the a lot of the reason is the judge and law. Like I said before I want a lawyer with teeth and I don't want a new friend. She was open to talk to me 7 days a week I had her personal cell phone and she even seen me on Sat & Sun, as well as after hours.

Not only is she a terrible attorney, she is just a bad person! Judging by what she tried to charge me, she thinks entirely roo much of herself! I realized quickly that she knew nothing about child support and thankfully got away from her! What she lacks in maturity, respect, and familiarity with the law, she makes up for in bad attitude, filthy language, and self righteousness. It's a lose/lose for anyone who walks through her door! DO NOT LET THIS MONSTER REPRESENT YOU!

She is a terrible person and a terrible lawyer. She finally got what she deserved. She got a public censure from the Board of Professionally Responsibility. That should tell you what kind of lawyer she is. Her days of taking people's money and treating them with unethical behavior a coming to an end. Do not hire this lawyer.

She worked very hard for me in my divorce case and I was very satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone especially in a custody case.

After several thousands into this attorney, she withdrew from my custody case less than one week before court. I asked for an itemized bill for the $5,000 retainer and she proceeded to use profane language while telling me that she doesn't need my money. I still have not received the itemized bill or a refund. Our documentation showed just a few hours of labor during that short time period. She verbally told me that she thought my mom was a "f-ING b+-@h" for even implying that she didn't do her job. When I called to ask legal advice on our custody case she said that there were no cures for "!@shole" and I should've thought about that before I had a child with him. I have never met anyone as unprofessional, as unethical, or inappropriate in my entire life. If I had more than 1000 words I would describe in detail the wrong advice and lacking legal action at best during the most important and difficult time of my life. I have spent more than $20,000 fixing her legal errors.

I called her because of the positive review on another web site. Ask if she could represent me for a detainer summons because I live out of state. She told me she was to busy, told me she would cost $2500. After I stated my suprise at the cost, lectured me on the cost for attorneys and doctors. When I asked if she could recommend someone else, proceeded to brow beat me about not introducing me to any of her friends.... I hung up before I had to hear anymore

Ms. Talley was hired to secure custody of my son. Her knowledge of child support is near to nil. She advised me to discontinue child support payments to the grandmother, who had temporary custody, twice. Now I have to pay child support in arrears. She said the arrearage would be $2,500 - it was $10,000. She said that as soon as I had full custody, the child support would stop immediately and I would only have to pay the arrearage. Wrong again. It takes time to get a court date to have child support payment stopped. According to my new attorney, the paperwork submitted for child support is wrong. I am overpaying. She advised us to appeal the juvenile court judge's decision by going to circuit court. I now know if I had not done that, I would have had full custody long before now and would have saved a whole lot of money.
