Mr. Buchanan's representation in my case was a travisty. He refused to submit valuable evidence on my behalf, did not return phone calls for weeks at a time, missed critical deadlines to the court causing me to to lose my house, and did not defend me in the courtroom. He had me do much of his leg work for him and often seemed to be too busy to assist me. My case was clearly over his head; he often asked the opposing attorney for advise. He scrambled to put documentation together at the last minute. The quality of his work was poor to say the least. I firmly believe, had I hired a different attorney, I would still have my house, custody of my daughter, and a much better financial settlement in my divorce. Those witnessing his performance in the courtroom used the term "disgrace" to describe his representation.

I knew William Buchanan as opposing counsel (I was the other party). I thought Mr. Buchanan was amazing and could not let the negative post go without my input. Mr. Buchanan is prompt, he does in fact return calls (even from the opposing side), he works to get the case resolved instead of wasting time chumming the waters. I would HIGHLY reccomend this man to anyone needing a quality attorney who gets the job done... I can say that too because he won the case in my situation (and again I was NOT on his side). Even without him being my attorney I was impressed with him enough to correct the negative post that I found on here. Thank you.

This was the worst lawyer, EVER! He rarely returned my phone calls, he did not provide adequate advice, when we went to court, the commissioner even commented that he did not produce a valid argument. He was awful! He left me high and dry in the middle of my suit, with bills for things that he did not do. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone who needs help!!
