My siblings and I caught our sister, who works for Mr. Fink, converting mother's funds to her personal use, which is a crime in Minnesota. We hired an attorney to have a conservator appointed to protect mother and her funds. My brother and sister were co-attorneys-in-fact. My brother was honest and never asked for a dime from mother. My sister who is an alcoholic is using mother's funds for her personal use. Mr. Fink prepared and had mother sign a Revocation of my brother's power of attorney. She is now without anyone to oversee her funds and is at the mercy of our sister who is an alcoholic. Mr. Fink knew this, she works for him and he participated in getting my brother removed so my sister could continue stealing from our mother. Not only is he unethical, he participated in criminal activity.
