I am a client being represented for a slip and fall. He made me feel like he was on my side in the beginning and now 1 year later he acts as if i am at fault and a nuisance to him and i should be happy with 2000.00 dollars after my 10000.00 dollars of medical bills have been paid. He initially stated we would go to court.if t if Miller Life Insurance Co. failed to cooperate....now he says I willl not get more than that. He claims he has 55 other cases amd my case would just sit ther. He has been negligent and shown lack of interest. I cringe when he calls for he has no customer service skills and clearly cares less about.me. Now 2 years later I am still in pain, I cannot work and I m homeless. My family has to help me with modt everything and hr days the courts or the law does not loke slip and falls.
