charged five times the amount estimated. Did not know my file. Did not know what was going on when arriving at court. Very rude when I wouldn't fork over more money - threatened not to show up in court. Did not even ask the judge for very simple things that I brought up on several occasions. Thieves at best - take your money elsewhere to a firm that cares about their clients!!

I had an extensive, multi-layered white collar criminal case to resolved. After much research and consultation, I decided to hire Susan Roach to handle my multiple felonies and misdemeanors case. Susan is a competent and compassionate (hard to find in legal representation these days) attorney, she’s an active listener and real go-getter! I laid my case out to her, providing her with as much detail humanly possible. Immediately after reviewing my file she met with opposing counsel and ironed a solid plea bargain.
I'd been saddled with over a dozen charges. Susan successfully reduced the charges to two misdemeanors…Unbelievable! She literally saved/changed my life. Without her proper care and attention to detail, I could have been logged a felon. A lot of times, when in despair, people look to the big legal firms for guidance. There you’re just a number, a billable hour. With Susan, I felt that she and her staff were more hands on and most importantly easy to contact during emergency

The whole time I was represented I never spoke to or saw the so called attorney. She took my entire check and left me with nothing. I was told to refuse my first offer then told that I would have to pay out of pocket to take them to court. Then I was told to take the same offer I was told to refuse.I will never use them for anything not even a parking ticket.

Susan Roach handled a dwi for me and got me the results I wanted. It was a very complicated case and she didn't stop fighting until she won. Hopefully I never need an attorney again but if I do, ill definitely hire her again.

The Roach law firm came highly recommended to me. After retaining the Roach Law firm my satisfaction level with the way the firm handled my case quickly turned to dissatisfaction. Starting April 2010 with a $3500 retainer fee only to be charged a monthly fee of $3000 for May, June, July, August, September and October. November was a $4300 fee. December and January were both $3000 and in February 2011 I got a call from Roach Law firm telling me I owed them another $2500. and they wanted me to put another $2500. into my account for them to draw off. I was devastated by this call considering that after 10 months I still wasn't any closer to being divorced than when I first retained them. My credit cards were almost maxed out. I asked what happens when I can no longer use my credit cards to pay them and my divorce is not final. I was basically told that they would not be able to represent me. After that I sought counsel elsewhere. As far as I'm concerned, Roach is a thief.DO NOT USE THEM

My sister went to Ms. Roach's office & sought her for council. Without my sister's knowledge her divorce was passed off to Ms. Roach's flunkies & forgotten about. Ms. Roach's office assumed that my sister's ex-husband's lawyer was being truthful when he called to say that my sister & her husband were reconciling, they never bothered to call my sister, their paying client, to verify. They then charged my sister to re-file (another $2400+). Ms. Roach's lackey also forgot to show up to appear before the judge in my sister's case not once but actually twice. She was unprofessional in her manner & the way she dressed. My sister paid for Ms. Roach & got screwed by a sorority girl that cost her thousands of dollars & got her nothing in a divorce that took over 2 years to happen for no reason other than negligence on Roach Law Firm's part. This office does not care about what is best for single moms & their children.

Ms. Roach's representation of me in my divorce proceeding was aggressive and extremely effective. Her office promptly returned my calls and kept me updated on my case and involved with all matters that were occurring. I strongly recommend her without any reservation.

This firm extortionately over charges. I found that I did most of the work and discovery that I was paying this firm to perform. The responses to calls and inquiries were to say the least like pulling teeth. I will not recommend this attorney to anyone who is looking for sound legal advice with a strong work ethic. Getting paid 300.00 per hour to provide "a level of comfort" is criminal in itself. If I had to do it all over again, I would have done more thorough research in the success and history of not only how they handle the case and their success rate, but the hidden gouging that is all too stereotypical, was felt with each month of hundreds of dollars of hidden fees adding up to in the thousands. I am dismayed and perplexed and feel my vulnerability was taken advantage of by a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I strongly advised to stay away from this one!
