Dident have a case but took ins money the only reason I got a lawyer was I thought I might have a case the ins co would have paid me for the death of my daughter

My father in law was killed in a car wreck at no fault of his own . We called this fool because he claims to be the best .But he only does whats best for him by the time he was done he got more than the hospital or my mother in law.I have always hated his commercials because he always blames the truck driver.He does seem to care about nothing but padding his wallet .They changed her lawyer several times .I would not recommend this fool to no one.

even after we settled and told we would have our money in 30 day,s.that has long been gone. now we get the run around.there is relay no telling how long they will hold it.there shod be a law against this from happening.we are both retired,all we have been thru this is like another slap to the face.

He has this ad about being hit by semis but when it happened to my husband he walked away with hardly nothong after almost 3 yrs later bart ended up with alot more than my husband did and not to mention my husband had to track down his own medical records

People. Remember that these BIG EARED Pinocchio REJECT weasels have NEVER EVER driven a Tractor-Trailer. They DO NOT understand the business! 85.5% of accidents are caused buy impatient people in cars "doped" upon those DANGEROUS energy drinks! Also. don't forget. Every time a lawsuit is won against a trucking company everyone LOSES! The cost is passed on to the consumer!! Higher milk, gas, cloths, food, building supplies, etc. EVERYONE LOOSES!!!DUH!!!

I am now disabled because of this wreck & am in constant pain. I would not reccomend bart durham law firm. They are too busy making soap opers than doing their job.Retained this co. But Tony Duncan was the lawyer assigned to my case. I was involved in a wreck which required neck sx and 2 & a half years after having this group I was told they had chose another law firm for me without my knowledge because I had to call that is when robin grant would only tell me that tony duncan the lawyer working my case would get back with me. The only time I was allowed to talk to him was when he said I had been given another law firm to handle my case. I always had to call them except for all of the paperwork. I had to fill out. I was told I would receive a nice amount on my settlement. Now I have no clue.
