I find it ironic that I have been the only one to review this attorney. I will say her knowledge and experience she brings to the table is stellar. However if she is taking on the "GOOD OL BOYS CLUB" you can save your money and invest it with an attorney that will be hungry to represent you. I shot my exspouse's case out of the water and submitted the information to Waggoner. I was told to play nice and I need to be fair to all involved. I did not hire Waggoner to be fair. I hired her to win. So, once the fairness factored in I got screwed. Also, Waggoner will file motions with the court without any client knowledge. Once the client finds out about the "CRAP" Waggoner has filed with the court they are "LIED TOO" and told all will be fine. Even if you terminate her services Waggoner will bury you far enough that the court will just settle with the "CRAP" Waggoner has already filled with the court. My advice is retain someone that will "FIGHT" for your best interests.
