She makes unprofessional comments on questioning (“Do you know how excited it made your daughter when she was told she did not have to visit you more often?) and no deed is too dastardly to win. She uses unethical techniques because nothing is below her. She used a little known website to announce adoption proceedings so a father would not see them in time to object.
	4/11/18	5	5	5	5	5	Used her 3 times. She is Fantastic. She has done a great job each time for me. Divorce and visitation, child support & custody issues. I highly recommend her. She used to be a judge in Saline County and she knows her stuff!
*	4/8/17	1	1	1	1	1	Where do I even start? This lawyer will charge you for her mistakes (not meeting a deadline). She will sit there after a judge has made his ruling and allow the other side to argue with the judge and change what the judge said (not in your favor.) She will respond to every 10th email and every 20th phone call. She will not listen to you or believe you. She will lie to you and tell you your case will only cost x amount of money and then it will turn into triple/quadruple that amount. She is complete and total scum. She will judge you, insult you, and be unprofessional. If you want to lose your case and be represented by someone who only cares about money then make sure you hire her.
	3/10/16	5	5	5	5	5	I have used Meredith for all of my court needs for years. She is a excellent attorney. Just sit back and let her do her job. She has never let me down. I would and will always use Meredith Wineland in the future and if you ask me who you should use I will say Meredith Wineland.
	9/17/15	1	1	1	1	1	Very unprofessional. Has no voicemail or answering service. I sent an e mail and after a week I had still NOT heard from her...I gave the office a call and told her receptionist EXACTLY how I felt about Ms. Wineland and her lack of interest in helping ANYONE BUT HERSELF!!
	8/15/15	1	1	1	1	1	If you are thinking about retaining this lawyer think again. She is a washed up loser who is only out to get your money. Once you retain her you will never be able to get a hold of her again. She will have a message system set up for weeks with no voicemail or no other form of communication to get through to her. She does nothing in the courtroom and gets walked all over. Read your retainer because it states she can drop you at anytime and if you finally have had it with her and her lack of representation. If you start questioning her she will simply drop you and you will not get your retainer back. It was like pulling teeth to get her to do her job. This lawyer is worthless and not only cost me a lot of money she cost me my case. She is an unprofessional crook and you absolutely need to take your business elsewhere. I pray who ever reads this can learn from my mistake.

She has stalled our case several times and filed un needed paperwork just to be able to charge more. At one point shed actually Triedrepresenting both parties in a custody dispute Hopkins v Hopkins. I know of another case recently where she gave her client falsified documents in order to obtain physical custody of a fathers children to thier grandparents. She's ruined several freinds and thier families lives with her shady and immoral approach at family law. Not to be trusted period!!!!

	9/10/10	3	2	1	1	1	This attorney was appointed ad litem in my custody hearing. She visited with my children at my ex husbands home. He lives with his parents and grandparents in this home and she gave a favorable review for him. Since I live out of state she would not come see the children in my home during a visitation. She had me and my husband bring the children to her office for her to observe how we all behaved with each other. During the trial, she motioned that the complaint for custody be dismissed as it seemed she was just tired of being at the hearing. She is not impartial at all.
	5/5/10	4	1	3	2	1	Poor communication with clients. Have e mailed and called multiple times and can not get a return call. She had me sign the wrong papers when she did finally get back to me. Very frustrated! Do yourself a favor and find another attorney who can keep you informed.
