Kupersmith obstinately filed an alleged bad faith, wrongful judgment lawsuit to evict a tenant for owed rent even though a few days before she filed she was aware that a Kaiserman Co. Company President forgave it because of the Toxic Mold findings Kupersmith was also informed of Kupersmith is also alleged to have slyly communicated ex parte to dismiss the case for a win -- but a slip of her tongue implicated her. Also, when Kupersmith has no factual evidence to offer, she pads her filings with repetitive statements over and over sounding erudite by citing law -- is she allegedly driving up fees doing that? And, most importantly, where is the ENTIRE Judge's Order docketed on September 23, 2024, now missing that reads "no records found" on the docket entry?
