I was extremely pleased with the settlement in my Workers Comp case. Tom is knowledgeable in the law, and was easy to work with, and his communication was excellent. Although the claim took over a year, he kept me informed of procedure and kept pushing to get me a fair outcome. I thought he was tough but also ethical. I would recommend him to represent you in a WC case.
