This lawyer is a bill collector and he is refusing to accept payment in full of a medical bill so that he can charge more interest and fees. We sent a check and he sent it back saying that he won't accept payment in full. He will not inform us as to what the "interest and court costs" are. Instead, he wants us to make payments for months so that he can tack on more interest and fees. Very shady practices at best!
