This lawyer failed to handle the case in an ethical and expedient manner. There was little to no communication for long periods of time. Claimed to bring expedient results and failed to do so because he did not take the necessary steps to move the case along. Failed to reveal where a $5,000 check in the case went. Read the fine print and get a second opinion before your sign.
