Keith Golden represents himself as a collections attorney however his knowledge on collections issues appears to be limited at best. 13 days into representation, I sent an email to his associate asking him why Golden asked me what he should do next. (Golden's exact words were, "So what's plan B?") Golden intercepted the email and saw it as an opportunity to cease working on a collections case. He pretended to be offended by my question, quit, and then fought to keep my money. When I complained to the Bar, he claimed his question (so what's plan B?) was just a joke. If it was a joke, why didn't he clarify himself? Why did he just quit? It's apparent he was obviously in over his head so he pretended to be offended by an email that wasn't addressed or sent to him and used it as an excuse to quit. While he represents himself to be a collections attorney, the only people he's interested in collecting money from are his clients. I've retained 15 lawyers in my life. Golden ranks as #15.
