I had to use this attorney as my insurance company found him. He was not knowledgeable about my field. He is a transportation lawyer. He wasted my time, gave a poor defense and collected the insurance money. Had I had a better attorney there would not have been a settlement. He is a nice man, just scattered and really needs to stay in his area of expertise. He was in over his head.
