I submitted a case to Rose, his assistant. She asked me to email her the case, so I did. I had to scan it in the computer and it took time. Neither Rose nor the attorney Howard Roitman had the courtesy to call me back. I called a few days later, and Rose said she got the case. Ok, so you got the case, so does the attorney want the case or not? Rose just acted stupid. I kept calling on the status of my case for 3 months, until finally I called and spoke to Howard Roitman. He was even more stupid than Rose. He NEVER apologized for Rose or him not returning my call. He just sat on the phone like a bump on the log. This attorney Howard Roitman is incompetent and unethical. I've never been treated so bad by a law office in my life.
