Jeffrey Gartzman provides advice which can you can get from other sources for free and kept asking us if we wanted his firm to investigate loopholes in a specific tax code. This particular situation was 100% clear and confirmed by the IRS that there were no loopholes. So we have to wonder why a firm claiming to be an expert in the tax field, would 1. keep soliciting us to pay them for research into the area, when they should already know and not have to research. and/or 2. Why they would want us to pay for research knowing there is no loop hole in the specific tax code referenced. When pressed they only told us "We'd be happy to do some research for you in that area." Personally We're tired of upselling from attorneys who don't take any accountability for results. We moved on and had 100% satisfactory results elsewhere.
