Maria was my first divorce lawyer and i was forced to fire her due to lack of representation. When fired she refused to return my files unless I signed a release with false statements and I later discovered she never entered her appearance as my lawyer yet drug me to court to get released. I have been told this was probably malpractice but I'm sure fighting a lawyer in court would be a waste of time and money. Maria will prevail by default, my only hope is others will never bu subject to her as their representative.
