Deals primarily as a bully to his own clients, who are frequently foreign. Has a practice of acting on his own, without permission of the client and then charging them for the work. He has cancelled previously negotiated contracts, again without the knowledge of and to the detriment of his clients. He does so without written agreement from his clients, keeping them confused and unable to argue. Their cultural backgrounds keep them intimidated, which he uses to his advantage, with the goal of keeping them soley dependent upon him. Finally if they attempt to leave his practice, he threatens to bill and sue them, coercing them to remain under his power.
