Very nasty, low down and mean others no good. His secretary or who answers the phone thinks it's a joke when you try ask questions. They are rude, does not want to work with people and it is unfortunate that you meet peeople like this and they still exist in the world.

the woman that i spoke to was very rude on the phone. They contacted me about a situation that was a mistake and I tried to explain to the woman that I have never lived in that state and they had the wrong person but she wantesd me to send her my personal infrormation to verify that I am not who they say I am. She was rude and she and I had a fussing match. Very unprofessional!!

Called to speak with someone about a settlement that I have with this firm, and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude from the start. I attempted several times to request to speak with someone else, which she refused. Apparently, customer service (or just manners) is something they care nothing about.
