	12/31/05	2	1	2	1	1	Runs up excessive bills, exceeded oringinal estimate for case by much more than double, exhibited poor knowledge of case, presented sloppy proofs presented to judge and jury, left out critical evidence, would definitely not recommend. Gets into fee disputes with clients.
