I called and spoke to Lindauer directly, making an appointment to meet him at 2 PM the following Saturday in his office in Woodstock, VT. My wife and I traveled about 40 miles and wasted our entire Saturday afternoon in a futile effort – HE DID NOT SHOW UP. I tried to contact him by cell phone and left him three voice mails while we sat on the stairs outside his office (which was locked) awaiting his arrival. The calls were not returned. His assistant returned my calls the following Monday, but she did not know why Lindauer did not show up. I insisted that he call me back immediately to explain what happened, and noted that he obviously should have called back already to explain and apologize. After more than a year following the incident, Lindauer still has not called. This is rude and unethical behavior of the worst kind. Don't use him.
