A Delaware Superior Court judge stated in his first opinion and ruling that Plaintiff pled defamation successfully against Cheryl Sisken and her cohorts. Because of the Judge’s ruling, Plaintiff proceed to report Cheryl Sisken to the Delaware ODC which determined that Cheryl Siskin did not have to abide by the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and that the Court’s opinion of Cheryl Siskin’s defamation of Plaintiff was not worthy of professionally disciplining Cheryl Siskin.
