SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY-AVOID THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY AT ALL COSTS. Waited nearly 6 months to receive a written bill from her. Only received it after repeatedly emailing and informing her I wanted our communications documented in writing. She'll continue to delay scheduling a hearing so that she can charge between $30 and $60 to forward emails between her, me, and my spouse during "mediation." Never actually set up a meeting between my spouse and me to mediate directly, so the case drags on longer and she makes more money forwarding emails and getting nowhere. Takes her well over a week to reply to a simple email. Receptionist has supposedly no information about my case or billing information, you have to wait on Pam who lives out of town and is never in her office or comes in very late. She's unprofessional and unmotivated, except when it comes to cashing your retainer fee. You can sense she doesn't want to do the work for the hearing and would rather you drop her & she keeps $.

Pam helped me with my divorce and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Pam is highly intelligent, and very knowledgeable on the law. She handled my case quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased.

She took my money and did not send me a bill until or see the legal separation case through. I called her and asked for a copy of my bill, which she told me she would send but never sent me a copy or return my phone calls. I went by her office several times and could not get in. I finally had to hire another attorney; and found out her fee was way above what it should have been. I would not recommend to anyone.

Pam Pearson is handling my divorce and we have just been to mediation! I cannot recommend her enough for her support and expertise. This is an international divorce with many complex situations but that did not phase her. She is professional and supportive with a brilliant secretary who answers my calls and questions very promptly. I would be happy to recommend her to anyone going through Divorce and would give my cell number if needed. Thank you Pam and Kim for looking after me and allowing me to live in USA with my children. Xxx

I work in the legal industry and I hired Pam for my divorce. She was everything the other lawyers told me she was... super intelligent, super diligent and highly recommended by the Pros. If you want a smart lawyer that you do not have to tell what to do and how to do it, Pam is the one. Thank you Pam for helping a dad!

I have used Pam on two different issues. She was able to get positive results for me without stepping a foot in the court room. This is a bunch of non-sense on here. You cant make everyone happy and anyone can post on these sites. I am a Christian and I am telling the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth. Pam has a great practice and she treats people with respect and kindness!! She is a great attorney and mediator, best in Rock Hill hands down and she loves animals too!!!

Ms. Pamela Pearson handled my divorce. She told me the steps it would take and the length of time, til my divorce would be final and she did so in a way that I could understand. When you hire Pamela to handle your Family Court matters, she is there for you every step of the way. I would recommend Pamela Pearson to anyone, who needs a reliable and hard working attorney, in any Family Court matter.

When my son was killed in a auto accident, we were no longer allowed to see our grandchild because he wasnt married. Pam helped us through this process immensely and thankfully we now have visitation set up through the court system. Pam informed us of everything we needed to do and attended all court proceedings with us and also told us what to expect after each event. Awful experience!! Was told she would fight for me and she had my back, but we never stepped foot in the courtroom! Horrible communication...spoke with the secretary 99% of the time and never received any help from Ms. Pearson. My fiance' did all the leg work and still she took our money without giving us a statement as to what she did for the money given. On top of that, she drooped me as a client with no explanation. I hope this helps for anyone seeking a family lawyer...

I hired her for my divorce. Once the check cleared she vanished! Most every thing was decided all she had to do is get the leagal paperwork together. She let the other attorney run the show. back child support became an issue and she said that there was nothing that could be done. come to find out that was my last chance to have something done. She let him claim an unborn baby on the work sheet to which i disputed b/c I left due to his unfaithfulness. She said I didnt have any proof that he was cheating in the marrage. HELLO!! She seems to take the $$ and run. After the divorce was final she sent me another bill b/c she was still speaking to the other attorney. DO NOT RETAIN!
