Daniel Howard, well where to start. He has a horrible bed side manner, he is extremely impatient and unwilling to hear your wants and needs from a case. He is out for the money and when you start to run low he throws you under the bus completely. He also has a legal assistant who worked for both sides the whole cas. Which is completely WRONG especially when you are trying to protect a very young child form an abusive man! He acted like the things that happened to me and my child were "not a big deal" and pushed so so hard for me to settle on the abuser taking my son for weeks at a time. He refused to listen and worst of all REFUSED to present vital evidence in court because as he claimed "he didn't have time to file it" and got me held in contempt for something I DIDNT EVEN DO! Stay far away from this lawyer and this law firm! Langevine Morris & Smith is a HORRIBLE law firm and when u call to talk to someone higher up they will yell at you like a child & hung up on you! DISGUSTING!!!!
