David Bland represented us in Mecklenburg Co. court (Charlotte) in fall 2010 as plaintiffs against a sexual predator who conned his way into our family's life. DB was extremely sensitive, thorough, and tenacious. He spent so much time preparing our case with us that I don't know how he made money, if he did. He was in communication with us weekly throughout the 12month ordeal. He was very professional and represented us well in court. He made sure we were well prepared and made the best impression. He won our case and has been successful thus far in collecting our judgement. I wouldn't have wanted to go through this with anyone else.
