Ms. Davidson was hired to aid in my divorce. Nothing was handled in a timely manner nor professional manner. While employed, I tried contacting her via phone, e-mail etc. and it was rarely that she would get in touch with me. I had a strange feeling that she was working for my ex and in obtaining information about me. My life has been Negatively affected by this "attorney". Her lack of professionalism would be enough for me Not to recommend her at any time. Unreturned phone calls as well as emails. Asking for money for services not rendered.

Kim Davidson is one of the best attorneys I have ever used. She helped me fight for my rights as a Father. Everything from our first consult to my trial date, she showed nothing but professionalism. Her work in and out of court is the best out there!

Kimberly Davidson is using her title as an attorney to steal from the public. I paid her a retainer fee, which was more than enough to cover six hours of work. Kimberly filed a complaint but did nothing else. After months of her not returning phone calls or emails, I had to find another attorney. I asked for my money back which she agreed to refund, but never sent me a dime. Wish I did my research before hiring her.

Kim fought for me, three and a half years in a custody battle. She was incredible !! As a man in the state of Alabama the odds were against me getting custody of my two daughters. Kim never flinched and her courtroom swagger was unmatched. Instead of becoming an every other weekend Dad like so many men in this state. I had the great pleasure of being able to raise my daughters. Thank u Kim!!

She represented me during my divorce and she seemed competent but then she had and lost/never filed 2 quitclaim deeds she was supposed to handle now I have no original. She nor her partner would return phone calls and I tried to go up there and see her and she was never again in the office. Closed up tight. She is totally MIA. Seems nice but DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! This happened Feb-June of 2015.

Mrs. DAVIDSON basically told me one thing yet did another. , for example, retained money from me to pay a process server. The services were Never rendered. How do I file a complaint?

VERY difficult to get in touch with--seldom returns calls, emails or texts. Does not keep accurate financial records--be sure you get a receipt for $$ paid. She is kind and sympathetic, BUT if you need your hand held in any way and want questions answered then find another lawyer.

My son hired Kim Davidson to handle a case for him and I paid her a retainer up front. It was a large amount for the services received. She was very unprofessional. We would call and email 5 or 6 times in a week trying to set up an appointment or phone conversation before the court date and she would not return the calls or emails. This went on for months. I asked her why she had not returned our calls and she told me she was very busy and she did not have an assistant or anyone else working for her. The legal representation and out come of the case was disappointing too say the least. We too think we deserve a partial refund. But we're just relieved not to have to deal with her anymore.

She was a terrible attorney. NOt only did she not return calls but I also caught her joking and laughing with the opposing counsel about me post trial.

The value you recieve surpasses her fees. She will go the extra mile when neccessary. I have had more than one person tell me they would hate to go up against her in court.
