Takes advantage of elderly people. Once her claws are in, she is very tenacious and won't let go. We spent over a year trying to get her not to represent our elderly parent. She fought us in court claiming we were the one, not her, who did not care for the best interests of our loved one. The local newspaper is filled with similar stories like ours. Wish we had read the paper before she presented herself to us.
