This woman makes the average shyster lawyer look like Abe Lincoln. She got my wife to sign a $300 an hour agreement for her to probate her Mother's estate. The estate consisted of one asset, a condo which sold for $33,000 and netted the estate about $6,800. She made several screwups including submitting a death certificate to the court with the wrong address on it which cost about 3 weeks. Then she missed wording(in very large letters) on the decree naming my wife PR that said the property could not be sold without another court order. She sent that document to the settlement agency 2 days before the scheduled settlement date. Cost another 3 1/2 weeks and $1000 to get that fixed. Then, the day before the new settlement date she sent the settlement agent a letter demanding an additional $1725 dollar(she had already been paid $3225) be put on the HUD sheet for her. Total tab is now $5000 to settle the estate and she has the proceeds in her escrow account. Stay away from her!!!!
