Careless work, incompetent staff, sub-par organization set up, paper work get lost and routed to wrong desks with company. Letters written to court and government attorneys with spelling and grammar mistakes (hopefully by paralegals and not Mr. Bates himself because that will be just plain sorry state). Not to mention Mr. Bates claim himself that he is not liked much at the DA office... so much for building a relationship. Not the attorney you want.
