Called nearly everyday to find out information on the progress of my case. Hardly ever returned my calls, and only heard new info on my case when court dates were closing in. Very messy and unorganized individual. Papers piled high all over his desk and a stack of notifications from people either stopping by to find him or calling him. Always sensed he was always winging it and always trying to negotiate only to get a long with the opposing. I know for a fact that I could have and would have won my case rather than having taking his recommendation on a plea bargin to something that I was not guilty of, in the first place. My case needed to be take before a jury to begin with. Over ten years later all of this has had a negative impact on my life...
