I called Mr. Chaiken after problems w/current councel. I found his ad online-It said he fought "aggressively" for the rights of disabled employees who experience discrimination w/detailed facts on depression & why it is considered a disability. I believed he put the law & the concerns of the client above the potential for financial gain- ~12/16/09-I called & left a msg explaining my situation-I informed him that my case was already filed-I spoke of my concerns w/my lawyer-I nearly begged him for help but never rcvd a return call. My attny told me that Mr. Chaiken called to advise them HE is NOW representing my former employer-It seems, Mr. Chaiken, used the info I provided, looked up my case, made contact [somehow]-My attny thought I hired him-but we realized the sad truth later-I called Chaiken many X-to no avail-Im filing TBA complaint-but I must warn others of my unfortunate situation-I feel as though I was lured by his presumably perfect ad-Only to be made a complete fool-BEWARE
