This is an attorney that I think gives all attorneys a bad name. I think he only cares about where his next paycheck is coming from. He was recently sued by the United States Trustee’s Office in a claim that alleges Brito participated in a scheme of fraud, committed malpractice and violated numerous ethics rules that govern Florida attorneys. My experience with this attorney and his firm has been nothing but negative. I would recommend this guy to exactly NO ONE, even if he was the last attorney on earth!
