I engaged Harriet Cohen about 15 years ago and it was the worst decision I've ever made. I don't know if she's still practicing, but her only concern was for herself and her billing. She constantly repeated steps, thus losing time and my money. She drew the case out so long it could easily have been intepreted as intentional. The opposing lawyer made a fool of her, thus costing me a small fortune. Stay away.
